A: At this time, the only way to change which memberships you’re in is to cancel your current membership subscription and sign up for a new one. Here’s how to cancel your membership:
Log in to your customer account.
Click Account, then click Digital products or Subscriptions.
Click the digital product/subscription you want to cancel.
Click Cancel subscription, then click Cancel subscription again to confirm.
From there, you can sign up again for the membership or bundle you’d like. If you need any help with this process, please contact us.

Q: I can’t find the zoom link!
When you first join a membership, you will receive a confirmation email from Frankie with the zoom link. You will also receive a weekly reminder email from “Airtable Automations <noreply+automations@airtableemail.com>” with the zoom link (it’s the same zoom link each week for each membership!). Please check your spam folder and contact us if you still can’t find what you need.
